Krish Trip Cancellation Policy
(Comprehensive & Aligned with Your Terms & Conditions)
1. Introduction: Fair and Transparent Cancellations
At Krish Trip, we aim to make cancellations as straightforward as possible while respecting operational realities. This policy works in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and applies to all bookings made via krishtrip.com, phone, or authorized agents.
Core Principles:
- Clarity: No hidden deductions; fees based on your package cost.
- Timely Refunds: Processed within 30 days.
Cancellation by Traveler
Section I: Holiday Packages
2. Cancellation Fees
Penalty = % of Total Package Cost
Timeline | Fee |
>30 days pre-travel | 30% of package cost |
15–30 days pre-travel | 50% of package cost |
<15 days pre-travel | 100% of package cost |
Note: Please note that even if only part payment (e.g., 40% of the total package cost) has been made, the balance amount will still be payable in case of cancellation. As per our cancellation policy, cancellations made within 15 days of the travel date are subject to 100% retention of the total package cost.
Refund Calculation:
Refund = (Amount Paid to Krish Trip) – (Penalty + Non-Recoverable Costs)
Example: ₹100,000 package canceled 20 days pre-departure:
- Paid to Krish Trip: ₹40,000 (blocking + confirmation)
- Penalty: ₹50,000 (50% of ₹100,000)
- Refund: ₹0 (₹40,000 paid < ₹50,000 penalty)
3. Non-Recoverable Costs
Always deducted:
- Flight tickets (as per airline policy)
- Visa fees (once submitted)

4. Air Ticket Policies

- 100% payment required upfront for ticket issuance.
- Refunds processed 30 days after airline settlement.

5. International vs. Domestic Packages

Important: International hotel policies may override standard terms. We’ll notify you before confirmation if:
- Hotels require earlier settlements.
- Destinations have unique payment regulations.
6. Force Majeure & Emergencies
Krish Trip does not responsible For:
- Natural disasters
- Political unrest/war
- Medical emergencies of client
Refund: As per cancellation policy.
Section IV: How to Cancel
7. Step-by-Step Process
- Email Request: Send to info@krishtrip.com with:
- Booking ID
- Traveler names
- Reason for cancellation
- Penalty Invoice: Issued within 72 hours (details penalties + non-recoverable costs).
- Refund Processing:
- Initiated upon your written acceptance of the invoice.
- Completed within 30 days.
Section V: Critical Clarifications
8. Partial Cancellations
- Fees apply only to canceled travelers/services.
- Revised package cost recalculated for remaining travelers.
9. Visa Rejections
